Previous to my current role, I was employee #1 @ Float, helping take our startup from 0-1 with 0 customers to over 1000+, raising $45M of investments from top tier investors, and scaling internally from 1 to over 40+ employees in less than 12 months, by focusing on doing anything our business needs to do to win.
